Nice wall.
I have to say that this NCP idea is kinda stupid. I mean the guy who made this concept didn't even realize that there is a plenty of other permissive or copyleft licenses and wanted to be somewhat innovative and cool 'cause he gives something to the other people. Unfortunately for him such things are practiced widely since the birth of Free Software Foundation and other organizations that promote free flow and access to the information. In addition to that, all these licenses are based on the existing copyright law. If there is no copyright, it means the work doesn't belong to anybody and therefore it might be considered public domain. If someone chooses to license a piece of art on these NCP conditions, he allows everyone to basically share or modify this thing without giving the credit to the original author. Just stick to the old, good CC license.
